This Silk Ham is made from chicken breast, consisting of wafer-thin, folded slices. It is made from 80% chicken breast meat, sourced from animals fed with feed usable in GMO-free production. Our NEW Silk Ham is gluten-free and lactose-free, and contains no added soy or Sodium glutamate.

Producer Information

The Master Good group of companies operates in Northeast Hungary, engaged in integrated feed production, poultry farming, hatching, broiler fattening, and processing. The group of companies is 100% owned by the Bárány family.

The family has been involved in poultry farming for 114 years, spanning four generations, making them Hungary's oldest poultry farming dynasty. The first generation to start this tradition was the estate poultry breeder for the Széchenyi counts. Their commitment to the profession has been passed down from generation to generation.
