Kotányi Lemon Sugar

Aromatic lemon sugar blend. Excellent for flavouring creams, drinks and pastries. Recommended for pastries, cakes, creams, desserts, fruit salads, cocktails and other drinks.

May contain traces of gluten-containing cereals, eggs, milk (lactose), celery, soy, mustard and sesame seeds.

Lemon cake

Ingredients: for 1 baking tray:

• 200 g flour,
• 2 teaspoons baking powder,
• 4 eggs,
• 100 g powdered sugar,
• 150 g cream,
• 150 g vegetable oil,
• 3 tablespoons Kotányi Lemon Sugar

Preparation

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until fluffy and add the oil, cream and lemon sugar. Mix the flour and baking powder with the egg yolks, then carefully fold in the egg whites. Bake in a greased baking tin at 180 °C for 45 minutes.
