Their shop opened its doors to celiac customers in March 2006. In 2009, they started to make locally baked pastries, which are very popular. 

They are constantly expanding the range of their products in line with the needs of their celiac customers: numerous gluten-free bread mixes, cake mixes, pasta, pastries, breakfast cereals can be purchased in their shop, strictly from distributors with gluten-free certification. In the interest of healthier nutrition, they have reduced the sugar content of 5 of our products within a year, which makes up 20% of their product range.

They undertake to help the nutrition of disadvantaged, gluten-sensitive children, so that the transition to a gluten-free diet is easy and can be implemented even in the absence of adequate financial background.
