Alnatura Frozen vegetable sticks

Delicious frozen vegetable sticks.

Vegetable sticks with tomato cream (Preparation time: 10 min.)

Ingredients for 6 screw jars

• 30 g Alnatura soft tomatoes
• 1/2 salad cucumber
• 1/2 red bell pepper
• 2 small carrots
• 150 g Alnatura Fresh Cream Nature
• 90 g Alnatura cream tomatoes

Preparation

1. Roughly chop the soft tomatoes. Wash, clean, seed and cut the cucumber and bell pepper into 1/2 cm wide sticks that fit lengthwise into the screw jars. Clean the carrots, peel and also cut into 1/2 cm wide sticks.
2. In a bowl, stir the cream, cream cheese and soft tomatoes until smooth. Spread these on 6 screw jars and place 1/6 of the vegetable sticks in the cream. Close the jars and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
