The male fish's entrails are the fish milt. It is ideal in fish soup, but it is also tasty in other fish dishes or as a flavouring for sauces. Its texture is similar to marrow, and it is prepared boiled, fried and battered. The most common type is carp milt.

Panarini Halház - "A good catch!" - breeds freshwater fish on its own site, and slaughters and prepares them in its own processing plant, packaged fresh, frozen or ready-to-cook. The fish meat has a high and complete protein content, low carbohydrate content, is rich in vitamins and minerals, and its essential fatty acids (Omega 3-6-9) have a beneficial effect on our vascular and cardiovascular systems, which our bodies cannot produce themselves, and can only be ingested from external sources.
