The male fish's entrails are the fish milt. It is ideal in fish soup, but it is also tasty in other fish dishes or as a flavouring for sauces. Its texture is similar to marrow, and it is prepared boiled, fried and battered. The most common type is carp milt.

Panarini Halház - "A good catch!" - breeds freshwater fish on its own site, and slaughters and prepares them in its own processing plant, packaged fresh, frozen or ready-to-cook. The fish meat has a high and complete protein content, low carbohydrate content, is rich in vitamins and minerals, and its essential fatty acids (Omega 3-6-9) have a beneficial effect on our vascular and cardiovascular systems, which our bodies cannot produce themselves, and can only be ingested from external sources. Their aim is to make their fish and fish products available to everyone in some form, whether on restaurant menus or on the shelves of hypermarkets and shops.
