Truffle pesto
The Italian term pesto is a collective name for herbs, oilseeds and other ingredients coarsely crushed in a mortar. Many variations are known; it is mainly used as a sauce for pasta, but it is highly versatile. TRIFFLA truffle pesto is a blend of summer truffle, wild mushrooms, oilseeds, spices and extra virgin olive oil, and can be used as is or as a seasoning.
