Hazelnut butter made from 100% roasted Turkish hazelnuts from a Hungarian producer. Delicate, slightly sweet taste without added sugar or other sweeteners. In a 100% Turkish hazelnut butter, the difference in quality between Turkish hazelnuts and Turkish hazelnuts is amazing, and we can safely say that they have managed to find a hazelnut for this product that is of outstanding quality and taste in Hungary.
A little behind-the-scenes secret: Turkish hazelnuts are the most consumed oilseeds in the Mendula workshop: they used almost a ton in 2020.

Their seed creams open up a new dimension in the use of oilseeds. The starting point of all their products is the best quality raw material, but this is especially important for seed creams - since the oilseed is the main ingredient, it would be immediately noticeable if they did not use the finest, most excellent raw material.

What happens when a lawyer and an economist team up? Investment and legal advisory firm? No! The creators of Mendula came up with something better. They want to create tangible - and edible - value that gives instant happiness, made from the best ingredients, based on their own recipes, with the greatest love and knowledge.

They founded their family business in 2015 with the aim of producing exclusively premium quality special sweet and savoury pastries, cakes, pies and handmade seed butters made from excellent quality oilseeds - almonds, walnuts and Turkish hazelnuts - purchased exclusively from domestic producers.
