This was the first nut butter ever made in the Mendula workshop, and after peanut butter it’s perhaps the most popular nut butter worldwide. And it’s surely not only because it tastes great, but also thanks to almonds’ incredible range of health benefits. Pure luck that on top of all that, it’s unbelievably delicious too, isn’t it?

Made from lightly roasted almonds, which makes the end result even tastier, with a more intense flavour. Alongside peanut butter, almond butter is probably the nut butter that pairs best with the bread & fruit combo, inspired by the American peanut butter & jelly sandwich.   Their family business was founded in 2015 with the aim of producing special sweet and savoury bite-sized pastries, cakes and pies made exclusively from premium-quality ingredients, as well as artisanal nut butters made from top-quality oily nuts—almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts—sourced only from local producers.
