Use

In a pot: Put the frozen edamame beans into approximately 125 ml of boiling salted water and, depending on the desired tenderness, cook for 3-5 minutes, then drain. In a pan: Sauté the frozen beans in a little oil over medium heat, stirring frequently, for about 4 minutes.
