The Bestillo Raspberry Pálinka (40%) is one of the most exclusive items from the manufactory originating from Boldogkőváralja in Zemplén. Raspberry is the "queen" of pálinka distillation: as its sugar content is extremely low and a huge amount of fruit is required to produce a single bottle, this distillate represents the highest level of luxury and expertise.

There is a village with a magical location and name at the gate of Zemplén, where as children we spent our summers among the trees of the Gönci apricot orchards. Later, the thirst for knowledge and curiosity scattered us: to big cities, universities, to gain experience on the other side of the world. Some even went as far as New Zealand, so that as young adults, meeting again, we could bring our fresh knowledge and faith back to Boldogkőváralja. This is how BESTILLO was born. Always striving for the best, combining local, ancient traditions with dynamic, youthful energies. For us, BESTILLO means much more than a pálinka distillery: it contains everything we collectively believe about life. We could talk about pure fruit, precise technology, but all these are just consequences of our conviction: time is too valuable to waste on mediocre things.
