Thanks to its round shape, Tante Fanny Fresh Shortcrust Quiche and Linzer Pastry fits perfectly into round baking tins. Making your own quiches and tarts has never been easier. It contains no colourings, hydrogenated fats, flavour enhancers, or preservatives. It is packaged rolled up on baking paper. Also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Store refrigerated between +2 °C and +8 °C. Once opened, use the entire contents at once. The dough is not suitable for raw consumption. The product must be thoroughly baked.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator approximately 10 minutes before preparation. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan-assisted) / 190 °C (top and bottom heat). Unroll the dough together with the baking paper, then place the round dough (approx. 32 cm in diameter) into a pie dish and fill with your desired filling (for a greased porcelain dish, without baking paper; for an aluminium dish, with baking paper). Bake on the bottom rack in a preheated oven for approx. 35-45 minutes until golden brown.
