A truly innovative blend, a wonderful harmony of three completely different flavor profiles. Sweet fruitiness from Barbados, dry spiciness from Mauritius, and floral freshness from the Fiji Islands characterize it. A true Caribbean flavor extravaganza in a single bottle.

• Cask type: ex-American bourbon, then French cognac cask
• Nose: Gentle and rich, with notes of fresh pear, quince jelly, gooseberry, and slightly smoky molasses.
• Taste: Elegant and soft, yet spicy. The blend of clove, honey, licorice, beeswax, vanilla, caramel, and dried plum creates perfect harmony.
• Finish: Long and warming. Characterized by baked apple, tonka bean, and dried banana.

Producer information

Cognac Ferrand has long been at home in the Caribbean, selling barrels to distilleries. This gave the company's head, Alexandre Gabriel, the opportunity to taste rare and old rums that either belonged to the cellar masters' own stock or served to shape and flavor the character of standard rums.

Thus, Ferrand decided to bottle and release rare vintage rums. And this is how the Plantation rum brand was born, which now releases several types of vintage rums, as well as blended rums. Plantation rums undergo a unique double aging process.
