Imre Kertészet practices modern, hydroponic cultivation. This has several advantages, such as controlling plant growth. They use biological plant protection. They cultivate on 5000 square meters, of which 4000 square meters are greenhouses and 1000 square meters are foil tunnels. They deliver more than half a million cucumbers annually.
Usage
We use the ancient Indian food, the snake cucumber, in many ways: we eat it, mix it into creams and apply it to ourselves, or simply slice it and cool our tired eyes with it.
