Free Selection Smart Panini Whole Wheat Panini Base Mix
Gluten- and dairy-free, high-fiber whole wheat smart panini flour mix with 40% sorghum content.
Preparation
Can be prepared in 7 steps in 7 minutes in a sandwich toaster by adding 40 ml of water and 1 egg.
- Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl.
- Add one M-size egg and 40 ml of water.
- Mix until smooth.
- Pour half of the dough into the panini toaster and smooth it out to the size of toast bread.
- Place the desired topping on it (e.g. ham).
- Put the rest of the dough on top and smooth it out.
- Close the toaster and bake for 7 minutes.
One box contains 4 separately packaged portions. You can always make it fresh as you like.

Store in a dry, cool place.
