About The Green Garden

Julia started The Green Garden to convince people that they don't have to eat meat every day. Julia's food looks amazing and tastes even better. After tasting Julia's food, we decided to launch a new, 100% plant-based line together. Julia teaches us how to make the food, and we make it for you in our Prague kitchen.

The Green Garden founder Julia actually wanted to study art history and Spanish. But at some point she came up with the idea of a vegan-vegetarian restaurant. She collected all the food trends and made vegan delicacies out of them. She founded a successful vegan restaurant in Salzburg, which is popular even with meat-eaters, and turned her restaurant into a successful online business during the pandemic.

Why is her concept so successful? She says, eating The Green Garden is like eating the rainbow. Colorful food simply makes people happier.
