We created the Totally Bananatastic series together with our fantastic chef, Juli Ulrich. She taught us how to prepare such delicious vegan dishes that even meat-lovers will want to taste them again and again. According to Julia, she created The Green Garden to convince regular meat-eaters that they don't have to eat meat every day. And we just say: Julia's food not only looks fantastic, but tastes even better.

Plant-based foods fill you up without burdening your digestion. We prepared this apple pie with Julia Ulrich, Rohlik's wonderful chef. She taught us how to prepare the most delicious plant-based dishes possible.

About The Green Garden

Julia started The Green Garden to convince people that they don't have to eat meat every day. Julia's dishes look wonderful and taste even better. After tasting Julia's food, we decided to launch a new, 100% plant-based line together. Julia teaches us how to prepare the dishes, and we prepare them for you in our Prague kitchen.

The founder of The Green Garden, Julia, actually wanted to study art history and Spanish. But at some point, a vegan-vegetarian restaurant came to mind. She collected all the food trends and created vegan specialties from them. She founded a successful vegan restaurant in Salzburg, popular even among meat-eaters, and transformed her restaurant into a successful online business during the pandemic.

Why is her concept so successful? She says, eating Green Garden is like eating a rainbow. Colorful foods make people much happier.
