About The Green Garden

Julia started The Green Garden to convince people that they don't have to eat meat every day. Julia's dishes look amazing and taste even better. After tasting Julia's dishes, we decided to launch a new, 100% plant-based line together. Julia teaches us how to prepare the dishes, and we make them for you in our Prague kitchen.

The founder of The Green Garden, Julia, actually wanted to study art history and Spanish. But at some point she came up with the idea of a vegan-vegetarian restaurant. She collected all the food trends and created vegan delicacies from them. She founded a successful vegan restaurant in Salzburg, which is popular even among meat-eaters, and turned her restaurant into a successful online business during the pandemic.

Why is her concept so successful? She says, eating Green Garden is like eating a rainbow. The colorful dishes simply make people happier.
