Preparation suggestion

  1. Place the contents of the package in a pan, then heat in steam or over a low flame for about 5 minutes.
  2. We recommend that you separate the side dish and the main course and heat them up separately. If necessary, add a little water.

Julia started The Green Garden to convince people that they don't have to eat meat every day. Julia's dishes look wonderful and are even tastier. After tasting Julia's dishes, we decided to launch a new, 100% plant-based line together. Julia teaches us how to prepare the dishes, and we prepare them for you in our Prague kitchen.

The founder of Green Garden, Julia, actually wanted to study art history and Spanish. But at some point she came up with the idea of a vegan-vegetarian restaurant. She collected all the food trends and made vegan delicacies out of them. She founded a successful vegan restaurant in Salzburg, which is popular even among meat-eaters, and turned her restaurant into a successful online business during the pandemic.

Why is her concept so successful? She says, eating Green Garden is like eating a rainbow. The colorful dishes simply make people happier.
