The name of this pasta type comes from the word "penna", which means "feather" and the word "rigata", meaning "ribbed". Thanks to its slanted cut and surface structure, it is ideal for dishes rich in sauce, or combined with vegetables, cheese and prepared in the oven. Alnatura Penne Rigate No. 22 is made in Italy according to organic guidelines from 100% durum wheat semolina.

Preparation suggestion

Put the pasta in boiling salted water (use 1 liter of water for 100 g of pasta) and cook for about 9-11 minutes.
