Organic Satsuma, loose

The Satsuma is a mandarin-type citrus fruit (Citrus reticulata), which is particularly popular for its easy-to-peel skin, low seed content, and sweet and juicy taste. The fruit's name comes from the Japanese Satsuma province, from where it was first exported to the West in the 19th century.

• Skin: Thin, smooth or slightly rough, easily separates from the fruit ("easy peeler")
