Frozen prawns

Prepared raw, peeled prawns in organic quality, which come from the western coast of Costa Rica.

The prawns are raised in special, modified fish ponds, where a maximum of 22 prawns live per square meter.

Use

Rinse the frozen prawns in a colander under cold water and then let them thaw at room temperature for 1-2 hours.

Pan-frying: Fry the prawns on both sides for about 3 minutes.

Grilling: Marinate the prawns for about an hour in a mixture of lemon juice, salt, possibly garlic and herbs. Then grill them for about 5 minutes.
