  • 1 carton coconut yogurt
  • 1 carton (plant-based) whipping cream
  • 6-8 dates
  • ½ tsp. vanilla powder
  • A few pistachios for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

    Pit the cherries.

    Place the cherries, coconut yogurt, half of the whipping cream, pitted dates, and vanilla powder into a blender.

    Blend until creamy.

    Whip the other half of the whipping cream until stiff.

    Serve the finished soup with whipped cream and a few chopped pistachios.
