- 500 grams cherries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 carton coconut yogurt
- 1 carton (plant-based) whipping cream
- 6-8 dates
- ½ tsp. vanilla powder
- A few pistachios for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Pit the cherries.
- 2Place the cherries, coconut yogurt, half of the whipping cream, pitted dates, and vanilla powder into a blender.
- 3Blend until creamy.
- 4Whip the other half of the whipping cream until stiff.
- 5Serve the finished soup with whipped cream and a few chopped pistachios.
