Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 40 g melted coconut oil
- 90 g desiccated coconut
- 90 g fine oats
- 5 g salt
- 30 g melted dark chocolate
Steps
- 1Mash the bananas and mix in all ingredients (except the chocolate).
- 2Let it rest in the fridge for 20-30 minutes until the oats absorb the liquid.
- 3Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
- 4Form small cookies from the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-22 minutes.
- 5Once cooled, drizzle melted dark chocolate on top.
