Ingredients

  • 40 g melted coconut oil
  • 90 g desiccated coconut
  • 90 g fine oats
  • 5 g salt
  • 30 g melted dark chocolate

Steps

    Mash the bananas and mix in all ingredients (except the chocolate).

    Let it rest in the fridge for 20-30 minutes until the oats absorb the liquid.

    Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

    Form small cookies from the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-22 minutes.

    Once cooled, drizzle melted dark chocolate on top.
