  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 10 g flaxseed
  • 10 g sugar
  • 10 g almond
  • 1 pc vanilla sugar
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 10 g coconut oil
  • 15 g cinnamon
  • 10 g hazelnut
  • 5 g salt
  • 10 g walnut

    Cut the plums into larger pieces, sprinkle with sugar, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon, then mix. Place them into heat-resistant dishes: you can prepare it in a baking tray, but it will also be great in individual soufflé dishes!

    Prepare the 'dough': mix the rolled oats and oat flour, add the sugar, salt, chosen seeds, and coconut oil. Crumble by hand.

    Pile the dough evenly over the plums.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 25-35 minutes until done.
