- 400 g plum
- 50 g rolled oats
- 10 g flaxseed
- 10 g sugar
- 10 g almond
- 1 pc vanilla sugar
- 10 g chia seeds
- 10 g coconut oil
- 15 g cinnamon
- 10 g hazelnut
- 5 g salt
- 10 g walnut
Steps
- 1Cut the plums into larger pieces, sprinkle with sugar, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon, then mix. Place them into heat-resistant dishes: you can prepare it in a baking tray, but it will also be great in individual soufflé dishes!
- 2Prepare the 'dough': mix the rolled oats and oat flour, add the sugar, salt, chosen seeds, and coconut oil. Crumble by hand.
- 3Pile the dough evenly over the plums.
- 4Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 25-35 minutes until done.
