INGREDIENTS
- 125 grams tapioca pearls
- 250 ml coconut cream
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp. sugar or honey
PREPARATION
- 1Add a can of coconut milk and enough water to cover the tapioca pearls.
- 2Cook over low heat, stirring frequently and adding water as needed, until the pearls turn from white to translucent.
- 3Once cooked, stir in the vanilla sugar and sugar/honey.
- 4Portion into bowls and refrigerate. Garnish with fruits or even seeds when serving.
