INGREDIENTS

  • 500 ml beef broth
  • A few dried mushrooms
  • 100 grams rice noodles
  • 1 pack smoked tofu
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Carrot
  • Coriander
  • Lime
  • Mixed sprouts

INSTRUCTIONS

    Bring the broth to a boil.

    In another pot, bring the dried mushrooms to a boil in water; 4-5 minutes will be enough for them to soften.

    Meanwhile, prepare the glass noodles: place them in a pot, pour boiling water over them, salt, cover, and let stand for 3-4 minutes, then drain.

    Slice the tofu and pan-fry both sides in a little olive oil for 2-3 minutes.

    Cut the carrots into strips using a vegetable peeler.

    Serve: aesthetically arrange the drained rice noodles, tofu, mushrooms, and carrots in a bowl, then pour the broth over them. Garnish with lime, coriander, and mixed sprouts.
