INGREDIENTS
- 10 dag ham, or thinly sliced smoked pork shoulder
- 4 slices of bread, or brioche
- Arugula
- Wild garlic
- Mixed salad leaves
- 1 spoonful mustard
- 1 dl olive oil
- Chives
- Parsley
- 5 dag butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 spoonful prepared horseradish
IF YOU'D PREPARE IT DIFFERENTLY
- Bread
- Parmesan
PREPARATION
- 1For the croutons, dice the bread or brioche and toast it in a little olive oil. Once toasted, add a spoonful of butter and toast it further with the butter.
- 2Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs to your liking.
- 3For the vinaigrette, mix the horseradish and mustard, add two spoonfuls of water, and while mixing with an immersion blender, slowly drizzle in the oil.
- 4Serve the salad with wild garlic, mixed salad leaves, arugula, dressing, and croutons.
Tip
You can also use Italian ham, or even coppa, but it can also be made with thinly sliced Easter ham.
If you like, you can also add a few shavings of Parmesan.
