Ingredients
- 500 g chickpeas
- 100 g walnuts
- 30 ml orange juice
- 5 g curry powder
- 100 ml tahini
- 1 pc garlic
- 3 g ground cumin
- 100 ml olive oil
- 10 ml lime juice
- 2 g salt
- 1 g pepper
Steps
- 1Place the cooked chickpeas, or canned chickpeas, into a blender with the tahini, garlic, a few drops of lemon, cumin, and a little curry powder, then blend until completely smooth. Taste and season with more salt and spices if necessary!
- 2Serve with pita bread or flatbread, a handful of iceberg lettuce, and olive oil.
