Ingredients

  • 500 g chickpeas
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 30 ml orange juice
  • 5 g curry powder
  • 100 ml tahini
  • 1 pc garlic
  • 3 g ground cumin
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 10 ml lime juice
  • 2 g salt
  • 1 g pepper

Steps

    Place the cooked chickpeas, or canned chickpeas, into a blender with the tahini, garlic, a few drops of lemon, cumin, and a little curry powder, then blend until completely smooth. Taste and season with more salt and spices if necessary!

    Serve with pita bread or flatbread, a handful of iceberg lettuce, and olive oil.
