  • 12 slices of ham
  • 3 pcs capia pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 ml Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 500 g sourdough bread
  • 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

    Roast the peppers over a gas flame, on a grill, or in a very hot oven until blackened, then place them in a sealable container for a few minutes to make peeling easier.

    Cut the peeled peppers into long strips. Mix the Greek yogurt with mustard, lightly salt and pepper it, and add the crushed garlic.

    Mix the peppers with this.

    Drizzle the toast with olive oil, pile the roasted pepper salad on top, arrange the ham roses, and garnish with a few nice leaves or fresh herbs.

    It can be prepared with any ham, even smoked duck or goose breast. You can also slice a little onion or zucchini alongside the peppers.
