- 12 slices of ham
- 3 pcs capia pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 100 ml Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 500 g sourdough bread
- 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Steps
- 1Roast the peppers over a gas flame, on a grill, or in a very hot oven until blackened, then place them in a sealable container for a few minutes to make peeling easier.
- 2Cut the peeled peppers into long strips. Mix the Greek yogurt with mustard, lightly salt and pepper it, and add the crushed garlic.
- 3Mix the peppers with this.
- 4Drizzle the toast with olive oil, pile the roasted pepper salad on top, arrange the ham roses, and garnish with a few nice leaves or fresh herbs.
- 5It can be prepared with any ham, even smoked duck or goose breast. You can also slice a little onion or zucchini alongside the peppers.
