  • 4 pcs buffalo mozzarella
  • 700 g tomatoes
  • 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pc basil
  • 5 g salt
  • 2 g pepper

    Slice the tomatoes thinly, and halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes.

    Lightly salt and pepper them.

    When serving, arrange the tomatoes in a bowl, place the mozzarella in the center, and drizzle generously with good quality olive oil, then season with fresh basil leaves.

    If desired, you can also drizzle a little balsamic vinegar or lemon juice over the salad and use other fresh herbs. A few pieces of sun-dried tomatoes can also be a good flavoring if you prefer a more intense taste. With a slice of sourdough toast, it can even stand as a main course.
