INGREDIENTS
- 180 g oats
- 70 g coarsely chopped walnuts or other oilseeds
- 20 g shredded coconut
- 40 g honey
- 2 tablespoons cold-pressed cooking oil
- 50 g dried fruit, chopped
- 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice mix
PREPARATION
- 1Mix the oats, walnuts, and shredded coconut, then add the dried fruit.
- 2Gently warm the oil and honey together to make them more liquid, then pour over the mixture.
- 3Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, then bake at 150 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes. Stir 2-3 times during baking to ensure even cooking.
