Ingredients
- 400 g new potatoes
- 6 pcs eggs
- 200 g green beans
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 400 g canned tuna
- 50 g lemon
- 100 ml olive oil
- 100 g olives
- 200 g cucumber
- 100 g romaine lettuce
- 30 ml balsamic vinegar
Steps
- 1Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- 2Cut the eggs in half.
- 3Open the tuna, and from its liquid, prepare a dressing with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and a little balsamic vinegar.
- 4Arrange the ingredients nicely on a plate, place the tuna on top, and serve with the dressing.
- 5It can also be made with freshly grilled tuna. The vegetables can be varied according to your preference. Instead of chicken eggs, quail eggs can also be used. For quail eggs, count 5 pieces per person and boil them for two and a half minutes, then immediately place them in ice water.
