Ingredients

  • 400 g new potatoes
  • 6 pcs eggs
  • 200 g green beans
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 400 g canned tuna
  • 50 g lemon
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 100 g olives
  • 200 g cucumber
  • 100 g romaine lettuce
  • 30 ml balsamic vinegar

    Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

    Cut the eggs in half.

    Open the tuna, and from its liquid, prepare a dressing with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and a little balsamic vinegar.

    Arrange the ingredients nicely on a plate, place the tuna on top, and serve with the dressing.

    It can also be made with freshly grilled tuna. The vegetables can be varied according to your preference. Instead of chicken eggs, quail eggs can also be used. For quail eggs, count 5 pieces per person and boil them for two and a half minutes, then immediately place them in ice water.
