- 500 ml coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 ripe mango
- 50 g toasted coconut chips
- 1 small box of mango sorbet or mango puree
PREPARATION
- 1Mix the gelatin powder with one tablespoon of water and set aside for 15 minutes to hydrate.
- 2Meanwhile, thoroughly heat the coconut milk and add the soaked gelatin, 3 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt, and mix thoroughly.
- 3Pour the panna cotta base into bowls and place them in the refrigerator.
- 4Peel the ripe mango and cut it into cubes.
- 5Serve the set panna cotta with mango cubes, mango sorbet or mango puree, and coconut chips.
Tip
Mango also pairs well with passion fruit; it's worth mixing them, as the acidity of passion fruit beautifully compensates for the intensely sweet taste of mango. If mango is not available, it's also delicious with peaches, or even raspberries, strawberries, and pineapple.
