- 500 g chicken breast fillet
- 200 g sliced bacon
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 cloves grated garlic
- 100 ml oil
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground mixed pepper

PREPARATION
- 1Add the paprika, grated garlic, salt, and pepper to the oil, then mix thoroughly.
- 2Cut the chicken breast lengthwise into strips about 1 cm wide, then starting from the thinner end of the strips, make incisions so that about half a cm remains intact at the end, insert a slice of bacon there and braid them together.
- 3Place the braids on a baking tray, brush them with the spiced oil. Cover with moistened baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C, on convection setting, for 20 minutes, then remove the paper, baste the braids with the juices, and return them to the oven for another 10 minutes to brown nicely.
- 4Serve with croquettes and raspberry chutney.
