A small version of the long-used and popular spice of Hungarian cuisine, with a slightly milder, pleasant aroma. Suitable for flavouring soups, stews, salads, fish and mushroom dishes, spreads, sauces, gravies, and dishes made with cottage cheese. Rich in vitamins A, B and E, but also contains a lot of minerals - such as calcium, iron, copper, magnesium, zinc and phosphorus - as well as folic acids.
Storage
