Nádudvari Breaded broccoli

Quick-frozen, pre-fried, breaded, semi-finished product. Can also be prepared in the oven without oil!

Cooking instructions

In a deep fryer or pan: fry the frozen product in plenty of hot oil at 170-180°C for 3-5 minutes, until the broccoli floats in the oil and the coating becomes crispy.

In the oven: place the frozen product on a grill rack in a hot, fan-assisted oven preheated to 200°C. The broccoli will be cooked through and the coating will turn golden brown in 12-15 minutes.
The cooking parameters may vary depending on the performance and type of equipment!

Storage

Store at -18°C or below, frozen. Retains its quality until the date indicated on the packaging.
