Use
In a frying pan: Heat the product from frozen in plenty of hot oil or fat at approximately 170°C for 2-3 minutes. In the oven: Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and lightly greased with oil, using fan-assisted mode, for approximately 13-15 minutes. Turn halfway through the baking time.
