GAL+ Multivitamin

GAL+ Multivitamin is the simplest solution for replenishing vitamins and minerals. It contains two types of capsules (lipophilic oil and hydrophilic powder capsules) and a complementary drink powder.  GAL+ Multivitamin was developed in light of the latest research, keeping in mind naturalness and lifelikeness, so that it contains all vitamins, minerals, and trace elements in an ideal form, quantity, and proportion, not deviating from how we could obtain these through a constant nutrient-rich, varied diet.

Consumption suggestion

Suggested use: Lipophilic oil and hydrophilic powder capsules: Consume with a few sips of liquid during meals, preferably with breakfast or lunch, and not with dinner. They can be taken together or separately, but due to the high vitamin and mineral content, it is beneficial to take the two identical hydrophilic capsules at each meal. This way, digestive discomfort can be avoided even in those who are sensitive to it.
Complementary drink powder: To be dissolved in liquid. To maximize absorption, it is best to consume in several portions (e.g.: 5 x 1 ml or 2 x 2.5 ml), but the entire daily dose can also be taken at once. After dissolving, it is advisable to consume within 8 hours, so it is worth preparing 1-1 dose in the morning and afternoon, from 2.5-2.5 ml of powder. This way, it can be sipped comfortably during the day. All (capsules + drink powder) can also be taken at once with any main meal, but if your digestive system is sensitive and/or you want to get the most out of the product, it is advisable to take the drink powder in several portions. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake! Not recommended for individuals taking coumarin-type anticoagulants! The product does not replace a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
