Dosage
Dosage recommendation: We recommend consuming 1 heaped tablespoon (10 g) daily for at least 3 months to achieve the desired effect. You can also consume up to 3 heaped tablespoons (30 g) per day in total. Best consumed with breakfast and/or before bedtime. Can be mixed into any liquid, even hot soup. Its taste can be easily masked by mixing it into warm water, milk or coconut milk, sweetened and flavored with vanilla to make a delicious drink. It is even tastier when mixed into muesli or when bananas are blended/sliced into it. An excellent way to start the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose!
