GAL Baby Waiting

It can be taken from the idea of baby planning until the end of breastfeeding. The Gal Baby Waiting prenatal vitamin contains all vitamins, minerals, and trace elements in an ideal form, quantity, and proportion, not deviating from the way in which we could obtain these through a constant nutrient-rich, varied diet.

Dosage

We recommend starting to take it from the idea of planning a child, ideally at least 3 months before conception. It can be taken until the end of breastfeeding, and it may even be worth taking it further. Take 1+1 capsules daily. It can be taken at once or separately, but it is important to take it with meals, and better in the morning or during the day than in the evening.
