The Hotos family's cheese-making tradition goes back three generations, to the early 20th century. Grandfather George Hotos perfected the secrets of feta and manouri cheese making at that time, from the accumulated knowledge of the traditions of the people of the mountainous Samarina region. Today, Hotos remains true to tradition, combining almost a century of experience and know-how with state-of-the-art cheese-making equipment to ensure the excellent quality of its products. These family secrets have been passed down from generation to generation, and to this day, in terms of traditional production method and quality, which made them famous, Hotos Cheese products stand out with their rich and full flavour, and have become favourites of the Greeks.
