Product description

Traditional white soft cheese made from sheep and goat milk. A typical Greek cheese, which, like feta, has received a protected designation of origin. Unique milky aroma, with a rich aftertaste. Its flavour is delicate and soft, it can also be eaten as a dessert.

It can be used in many ways: for making salads, pasta dishes, pastries, but despite being a soft cheese, it can be grilled. It softens when heated, gets a golden brown crust, but does not melt, making it unique among grilled cheeses.
