HILLTOP Neszmély Cserszegi Fűszeres

Hilltop Cserszegi Fűszeres - spicy, white-fleshed fruits, exotic, vibrant, harmonious, light in taste. Fermented in a tank.

A truly fragrant variety, with floral, grape and honey notes. It is characterized by light, moderately lively acids and restrained alcohol. Due to its fragrance, it is also used as a blending partner.

It is recommended to consume at a temperature of 10-12°C. It goes well with salad, chicken, fish.

Producer information

The Hilltop vineyards are home to the wonderful Upper Pannonian wine region. It is wonderful because the cultural diversity of the region's settlements and the variety of the landscape make the area a real jewel box.

The wine region, which extends over the slopes, hillsides and hills of the Vértes, Buda, Gerecse, Kőszeg, Sopron mountains and the Velencei and Pannonhalmi hills, is characterized by the cooler character of the climate and the lively, acid-rich wines. Its climate is shaped by the oceanic, wetter and cooler air currents arriving from the north and the southern Mediterranean influences, so there is much more white grape than blue grape, in accordance with the weather conditions. Since the wine region is relatively large (stretching from Budapest to the western border of the country), the cultivated grape varieties are also very diverse, from Kékfrankos to Ezerjó to Chardonnay.
