Meatless Black Pudding Sausages

Product description

100% plant-based, meatless product, with a special "blood sausage" flavour. Plant-based product based on barley and black beans. Vegan, preservative-free.

Recipe recommendation - Meatless vegan sausage fried with onion, served with aromatic puree.

Ingredients:

Meatless vegan sausage
potatoes
white onion
for salad: cucumber, tomato and red onion
mustard
vegan butter
horseradish

Preparation:

1. Boil the mashed potatoes.
2. Cut the white onion into thin slices and fry for a while. Add the meatless sausage and fry on a low heat.
3. Make the salad: cut the vegetables, add the juice of 1 lemon, the spices and your favourite oil, e.g. linseed oil.
4. Add 3 tablespoons of warm butter, a pinch of nutmeg, a tablespoon of mustard and horseradish to the boiled potatoes and mash (do not blend!).

Suggested use

We recommend baking, grilling or frying. These are perfect for a quick dinner - try them in a pan with a little onion! Blood sausage fans will be thrilled with its surprisingly characteristic taste and texture

Storage

Store between +2 C and +10 C. Consume within 1-2 days after opening.
