Marmorstein breads are made at 9 am and arrive within 1 hour, and are then delivered from 1 pm to 10 pm. Please take this into account when ordering! The specified availability times are also valid for express and additional orders, we are unable to deliver the products earlier.

Sourdough white bread baked in a wood-fired oven. This is Marmorstein's most traditional bread. Almost perfect: the middle is soft and cool, slightly stretchy when torn, resistant, dense. The crust is quite hard, but crunchy when pressed, the color is beautiful, and the taste is brilliant.

Its founder returned home after gaining experience in England, built his wood-fired oven and has been baking delicious breads ever since.
