A classic among canned vegetables: tender organic corn, which is great as a side dish, but can also be an ingredient in casseroles, soups or salads. Alnatura corn is pre-cooked, so it is ready to eat.

Ingredients
For 4 servings:
- 360 g Alnatura Organic Kidney Beans (canned)
- 340 g Alnatura Organic Corn
- 60 g baby spinach or leaf spinach
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 red onion
- 245 ml salsa dip
- 150 g grated Emmental cheese
- 60 g Alnatura Organic Paprika Corn Chips
Preparation
- Drain the beans in a colander, rinse thoroughly and transfer to a bowl. Drain the corn in a colander and place on top of the beans. Wash the spinach and shake off the water. Stir the sour cream until smooth. Peel the onion, halve and slice thinly.
- Pour the salsa dip over the corn, add the spinach, spread on the sour cream, then sprinkle with the cheese and onion.
- Just before serving, stick the corn chips into the salad.
