Pur Pur roll
It is made from wholemeal purple flour and wholemeal rye flour. Its valuable ingredients, such as dietary fiber and anthocyanins contained in the outer layer of the PurPur® wheat grain, also get into the roll. This is reflected in its strong, crispy crust, juicy crumb and long freshness. The strong, spicy taste of PurPur® wheat is complemented by pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and walnuts, among other things. In 2004, the company moved from Budapest to Szigetszentmiklós, where production takes place in a nearly 2000 m2, state-of-the-art factory building built on a greenfield investment on a 1-hectare property owned by the company, in accordance with strict food safety, quality assurance (HACCP, BRC) and technological regulations. They currently work with more than a hundred employees, whose loyalty and professional competence greatly contribute to their successful operation.

They produce and deliver their products under controlled conditions, with regular inspections.
