Product information

It is important to emphasize that the fruit content in Nektária syrups is provided by the eponymous fruit puree, not by juice concentrate.

In the case of fruit juice concentrate production, the concentrate is produced by physical extraction of water, thickening, using heat and chemicals. Thanks to the technology used, the fruit loses a very large percentage of its intrinsic values, the vitamins.

The Nektária family business does not work with concentrates, it has its own fruit processing plant.

They process fresh, Hungarian, ripe fruits seasonally, from which they make valuable fruit puree. Depending on the fruit, 1.5-2 kg of fruit is used to produce 1 kg of fruit puree. Thanks to the use of ripe fruit in our syrups, the vitamin and nutrient-rich, fibrous content is achieved. Moderate consumption has a beneficial effect on supporting our health.

Can be used

For making syrup, lemonade, iced tea, slush drinks, hot drinks, mulled wine, cocktails, shakes, yogurt, ice cream, pastries, sweets, and flavoring.

 

Suggested use: Make a delicious fruit smoothie

Ingredients:

• 4 cl Nektária fruit puree syrup
• 2 pieces of fresh or frozen fruit
• 15 cl milk
• 3-4 ice cubes

Preparation:

Pour the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend on high speed until frothy.

Then pour into glasses and garnish with fruit.

Producer information

Their family business, Nektária Manufaktúra, was founded in Fejér County in 2012. They make their healthy, domestic, premium quality products from the vegetables and fruits of local producers, mostly locally, using a gentle process. Their company currently provides or contributes to the livelihood of 20-25 families directly. Their employees and partners consider sustainable farming, operation, and climate protection to be of paramount importance.
